SealingProducts Standardization Center, National Special Rubber Products Information Center and National Rubber Sealing Products Quality Supervision & Inspection Center as well as National Rubber Sealing Products Testing Laboratory are also subunits of the In-stitute. In the Institute, two rubber science publications are published periodically and d-istributed all of the country. Domestically, the institute has taken a leading role in special purpose rubber compounding and application (including fluoro-rubber, silicone rubber, E-PDM, ACM, NBR, CR, IIR etc.), especially in the study on rubber aging and products stora-ge life prediction. In 2000, the institute was assessed and registered as meeting the re-quirements of ISO 9001 and QS-9000 International Quality system and possesses an p-erfect and effective Quality Control System.
